You can now head up the hill for south-of-the-border cuisine. Santiago’s Mexican Restaurant has opened their newest location inside Bullwhackers Casino.

“We are pleased to provide our guests with a new and unique dining option,” said Steve Lambert, vice president of operations. “Bullwhackers will feature the only Mexican restaurant in Black Hawk or Central City. We believe that our partnership will offer guests an incredible dining choice at the best price point in the area.”

Santiago’s will have two dining areas, including Santiago’s express service during daytime hours on the mezzanine level, and a full-service, 64-seat restaurant on the top floor of the casino.

The express service will be open daily from 9 a.m. -midnight. The full-service restaurant will be open daily from 5-10 p.m. and additionally from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the weekends.

Santiago’s full menu will feature the same dishes offered at their 22 other restaurant locations in the Denver area, including their signature breakfast burritos, fajitas and stuffed sopapillas. Visit www.eatatsantiagos.com.
